1. General principle
Indoh Market Data provides digital market data, analytics tools, and subscription-based software. Because access is delivered electronically and often consumed immediately, refunds are not offered as a standard practice once a billing period has started and the service has been accessed.
2. When a refund may be considered
We will review a refund request only in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate billing: You were charged twice for the same subscription period or product. This is rare, but if it occurs we will refund the duplicate amount after verification with our payment provider.
- Unauthorized charge: A payment was processed without your authorization and you notify us promptly.
- Technical failure: A verified platform fault prevented you from accessing a paid feature for a sustained period, and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
3. What is not refundable
- Change of mind after subscribing or using the platform.
- Partial use of a subscription month or unused time on a plan you no longer want.
- Market losses, trading outcomes, or dissatisfaction with market commentary or data.
- Third-party broker, payment, or connectivity fees outside our control.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@indohmarketdata.co.za within 14 days of the charge with your account email, transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue. We respond within 5–10 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–15 business days after approval.
6. Consumer rights (South Africa)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, where applicable to your transaction. Where the law requires a remedy we will comply.
7. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
