This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscriptions and digital services offered through Indoh Market Data, operated by INDOH SHOPPINGSPHERE LTD PTY (Registration No. 2025/181821/07), domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. Subscriptions are available to customers internationally where permitted by law. Payments are settled in South African Rand (ZAR) on our merchant account; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Indoh Market Data provides digital market data, analytics tools, and subscription-based software. Because access is delivered electronically and often consumed immediately, refunds are not offered as a standard practice once a subscription has started and the digital service has been accessed.

6. Consumer rights (South Africa)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, where applicable to your transaction. Where the law requires a remedy we will comply.
